Hays is working with a phenomenal growing civil general contractor. Over the last 6 years they have gone from 60 employees to almost 250 employees and look to keep growing. Responsibilities
- Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.
- Responsible for RFIs, change orders. budgets, schedules, and submittals.
- Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues.
- Work directly with the Project Manager and attend meetings with them.
- Help with morning safety meetings and communicate with the subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a Construction Related Degree.
- 1 - 3 years' of experience with civil construction projects as a Project Engineer or Field Engineer.
- Preferred experience with Bluebeam, Procore, HCSS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel throughout the New York City Area.
